Payment is required upon service completion unless otherwise agreed upon.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours for an assessment and possible re-service at our discretion.

In cases of extreme weather conditions, we may need to reschedule appointments to ensure safety and quality of service.
